AeroShield is excited to announce that we have been awarded $13,830 through the Manufacturing Emergency Response Team (MERT) 2.0 Prototyping Grant Program.
Our R&D Engineer Max Armstrong is helping AeroShield develop new ways to handle our transparent aerogels and move them through our process steps. This funding will be used for the materials and manufacturing of a prototype we think can improve throughput and quality!
We are excited to be a part of the MA manufacturing ecosystem, and most of this funding will go back to local companies supplying parts and labor. If you are a startup making a physical prototype, you should apply too! The next deadline is July 15th https://lnkd.in/gs6aAgt3
Thank you to FORGE and all of the other organizations that supported this award!
